Draft policy

Privacy Notice

Recognito helps event organisers mark attendance using attendee lists, event records, manual check-in, and face-recognition-assisted check-in.

Data we may process

Account details, organisation names, event/session/station records, attendee roster fields, attendance records, face enrolment metadata, recognition attempt details, and billing status.

Why we use it

We use this data to run event attendance workflows, support manual and face-assisted check-in, provide exports, manage access and billing, and troubleshoot user issues.

Vendors

Recognito may use Google/Firebase/Cloud Run, AWS Rekognition, Stripe, and HitPay for authentication, hosting, database storage, face recognition, and payments.

Manual fallback

Face recognition should not be the only attendance method. Manual check-in and correction should remain available.

This is MVP draft wording and not final legal advice.
