Terms And Acceptable Use

Recognito is an event attendance tool. Users must use it responsibly, lawfully, and transparently, especially when using face recognition.

Acceptable use

Use Recognito only for legitimate event attendance workflows, notify attendees when face recognition is used, provide a manual check-in alternative, and upload only data you are authorised to process.

Prohibited use

Do not use Recognito for covert surveillance, identifying people outside an event attendance context, unlawful monitoring, or bypassing access, trial, payment, or security controls.

Trial limits and payments

Free trial access may be limited by event count, attendee count, station count, scan count, or other operational limits. Billing may be handled by providers such as Stripe or HitPay.
